Del Monte Road

On this site, we designed, engineered and constructed water, sewer and road systems enabling creation of 12 suitable lots for building. We hired all the contractors for the Del Monte Roadproject, developed the budget and timeline and managed project accounting.

Because of strong relations and trust built with investors, community groups, utilities and county agencies, this project was on time, on budget and highly profitable. The result was construction of homes valued at more than $1.5 million on each lot.

The San Mateo County Planning Department did not believe this project could succeed because of the number of investors involved. The project management team held investors together and managed all project funds, navigating around obstacles that arose during construction, including the need for additional funding.

Result: Today, Del Monte Road in El Granada is lined with multi-million dollar homes on both sides.
