Doctors Medical Building

In this project, we managed the remodeling of a three-story medical building, including design work and construction management. We coordinated all architectural design work with the general contractor, secured building materials, and developed the budget and timeline.

This project involved interior work — flooring, lighting, ADA-compliant restrooms, painting — of an occupied medical building. All work took place without disrupting the day-to-day activities of the tenants.

Result: Making continual tenant improvements to help ensure that the building stays 100% occupied!
